find on google flamethrower.. that will be your reference ..but in this case.. not so that big..
we make small size of flamethrower
First open your maya software,,
make new scene
change polygon to dynamic
find fluid effects --> Create 3D container with emitter
open your attribute editor set like this
now scroll down again .. and find display tab
now find fluid emitter in attribute editor
set like this pic
back again to fluidshape and find content details
now set the temperature and fuel
this is pretty important to set the color of fire
find shading
and now find display
set to shaded display temperature set like this
set to shaded display fuel set like this
set back again like previous
