make a random animated circle in after effect

now we will make a random animated circle , we make this with
 1. Shape layer
2. animated random with wiggle in position of shape layer
3. ECho , so we can delay that circle
4, and use a fast blur so we can blur that echo of that circle

first. open your after effect and make a new composition or ctrl + N on keyboard
second  make a circle like this picture

Third on the shape layer change position and add after effect expression and set like picture 

 fourth add echo and fast blur effect

and enjoy your new random animated circle
