in after effect , we can make a twist effect. even exploding using cc ball action,,,, effect --> simulation --> CC ball action..
-First open your after effect and create new composition or ctrl + N in keyboard set 1920 * 1080 -create layer solid set whatever u like color, and add cc ball action in the effect -->simulation ---> cc ball action to make exploding to ball partible increase scatter in CC ball action from 0 to 20
but if u want to twist, , just increase or rotate twist angle area
