Counting down in after effect using expression

in after effect we can make a counting down .. with simple way... using expression
here we are..  i will teach you step by step.. this is very simpe after effect expression

first... make a text... insert text whatver you want because later we change that
.

second  add slider control effect in after effect

in layer text alt + klik on the stopwatch of source text

and add this simple expression    Math.round(effect("Slider Control")("Slider"));

and in the   slider control set time indicator to first time  = slider control = 100
and in the last time slider control = 0

this is will  show you counting down the number
