In this tutorial bokeh particle. we use effect
1. Ramp to make background
2. cc particle to make a particle
3. Lens blur --> to make particle looks bokeh
4. curves -- too change the color of particle
-First open your after effect and create new composition or ctrl + N in keyboard set 1920 * 1080 -create layer new solid , and add ramp in the effect -->generate ---> ramp
set ramp like this , we use red and black color and set ramp shape to radial ramp
make a new adjusment layer, layer --> new -->adjusment layer add CC particle world ,effect--> simulation -->cc particle world , add again lens blur , effect--> blur and sharpen--> lens blur. add again curves effect--> color correction--> curves set like this
and here we are
