We should use after effects if :
1. Your animation runs longer than 1 minute
2. You are animating your scenes into separate FLAs (whether by yourself or as a member of a team) 3. You want to incorporate complex camera mechanics
4. You want to incorporate non-Flash assets (such as Photoshop BGs, and video clips)
just that .. all motion graphic artist use after effects rather than adobe flash , because in after effects we can do that more faster rather than using adobe flash . and there is a lot effect in after effect
